Working here
What we look for.
Certification and insurance are the entry requirement, not the qualification. What separates the inspectors who last here is the willingness to go into the crawl space, write the finding down plainly, and explain it to a nervous first-time buyer without either frightening them or glossing over it.
Inspectors are assigned by region, so we hire where the work is rather than asking people to drive four hours.
