How our pricing works
Quoted on the property, not from a list.
An inspection fee depends on the building — size, age, whether it is on well and septic, whether it is a log build, and which specialist tests make sense for it. That is why we quote rather than publish a price list.
Booking specialist testing alongside the main inspection is almost always cheaper than arranging it separately, and it means one visit instead of two.
